How to maintain daily food habit? I eat only two times in a day, I know it is bad for health, tell me some tips.

Start changing from now, else it's gonna affect you in a long run start following small meal pattern if you have the habit of eating 3 idli in the morning, have 2 for breakfast and one for midday or midday option can be fruit, sprouts, nuts, biscuits etc lunch includes rice or chapathi with a vegetable, salad and curd evening -tea/coffee/green tea with biscuits 6pm-soup/buttermilk/salad 8pm dinner- same as lunch.
