Please do meditation to relieve stress. GO for a outing with friends. Minimise the use of mobile - visit your friends indeed. Listen good songs. Do morning walk and take balance diet. Take good sleep. Also take Five phos 4 tabs thrice daily for next 2 week and give me a feedback.
