Hi sir/ madam, I am a diabetic patient, 39 yrs, 87 kgs weight and doing 1 hour evening walk. I last time checked it 150 & 240 sugar levels. Daily I am having three spoons of soak fenugreek seeds on empty stomach. If I continue like this, my body weight will increase please let me know? And one more thing whether its good to me or not having daily?

Avoid skipping meals. Avoid feasting & fasting. 6. Have early & light dinner. 7. Sleep & wake up early. Have a sound sleep. Avoid use of mobile, laptop etc at bedtime 8. Brisk walk gives best result if done early morning. In evening if done a gap of 3 hrs should be maintained after meal. 9. Walk/ cycle instead of taking transport, take stairs instead of lift/ escalator. 10. Avoid sleeping in afternoon. Light nap of 20 mins is ok. 11. Avoid eating in front of TV 12. Cleaning (brooming/mopping/dusting)/cooking/gardening/washing car/ other household activities also help in weight loss. 13. Include bitter gourd, aloe vera, okra, jamun in daily diet. Sweet potato is a suitable alternative to potato.

Hello, If your diet habits are good and you are also exercising regularly you need will surely lose weight and also maintain your blood sugar levels. 3 spoons is little too much to consume as it's quite heaty. Losecweight if you are overweight, that will surely help you better. Restrict yourself with max 2 tsp of sugar or jaggery a day.
