Hello, Fortified cereals, milk, eggs are some vitamin D rich sources. Ideally to cover up deficiency physician recommend vitamin D granules which are safe and easy to take. Kindly consult a physician regarding this. Vitamin B12 is abundantly available in Non-veg sources, so it'd better you take shots, after consulting a physician.
