Hi lybrate-user, I am so sorry for your loss. I understand when you loose someone very close I does it feel, but we can not just revert it. We have to be rational enough to accept the fact. Now thinking over it you can't change your past, but you always can mold your future and live present. Value those who are around you now. Value your gifted life, Value yourself. I suggest you to take a few sessions to try to come out of depression, meanwhile, you can try these tips. I am sure these will help: Connect with people e.g. Talk to one person about your feelings, Help someone else by volunteering. Exercise e.g.Go for a walk with a workout friend. Meet new people e.g. By taking a class or joining a club (this will help a lot) Do thing that make you feel good e.g pick up a hobby or a sport. Eat healthy include Omega - 3 fatty acid, vitamin B (Citric fruits, leafy greens, chicken, eggs etc.) DON'T SKIP meals.
