Hello myself Nandish I have been suffering from this strange issues form past few weeks. I get headache and feel dizzy after waking up from sleep and also slight headache after having my food. I feel weak all the time and my hands shiver sometimes. I even feel always tired and also get tired doing small things like while climbing stairs, walking etc I had consulted doctor and he advised me to take multigates tablets for 2 weeks, I started taking tablets and started getting more headache and dizziness after taking tablets So I was asked to stop multigates and advised to take some antibiotics for some time I completed the course of antibiotics but the problem remained the same. Please advise me what the issue might be I am very much tensed. I am ready to consult any doctor.
