I eat like a normal person all day long but still my remains the same. I do not prefer to take supplements for that so please tell me what should I do for gaining weight I am a vegetarian.

By drinking milk empty stomach and eating ghee butter dry fruits regularly you can increase your weight avoid stress tension worry anxiety which is main cause for not gaining weight aviod overeating and frequently eating which makes your hunger poorer day by day avoid drinking too much water at a time and water before food and at the start of food 1/2 strength exercise in morning will be beneficial not in ac gyms for more details consult privetly.
