Dear Lybrateuser, - To increase your weight you have to take a balanced diet along with doing regular exercise - your diet should include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein containing foods to build muscles such as milk & milk products such ad paneer, curds, buttermilk, eggs, non- veg like seafood, chicken, soyabeans, sprouts, legumes, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, include one of these items in each meal & also have snacks in between meals - have 8-10 glasses of water or more if you are exercising &sweating - do aerobic exercises like jogging, swimming, cycling for 20-30 min, do moderate weight lifting exercises two - three times a week to build muscles which will help in increasing your weight - as you increase your exercise your appetite will gradually increase - also sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night to improve your metabolism.
