At your age this development is quite significant because this is the last time you will get to resolve some emotional problems, especially fear, and then this speech impediment will resolve itself. It seems to clearly get worse under emotional strain. You can meet with a counselor and get some help with your emotions that may need resolution from childhood.Time will eventually heal the problem with some commitment and patience. You should read some of your school material but instead of merely articulating the words you could sing the statements instead of actually reading them. Do the following exercises everyday as often as you can for at least 6 months: forcefully press your tongue against your lips and move it in a circular manner clockwise and anticlockwise. This is tiring but is very effective. Then form an ‘O’ with your lips and quickly jerk it back into an ‘E’ with the lips fully stretched towards the back, as though it has been pulled back by hooks on both sides. Then resonate the vowels A, E, I, O, U like you were singing it out loud and drawn out. Drop your lower jaw and swing it sideways like a loose jaw. This is also a nervous habit stemming from some fear, perhaps from his early childhood. You must be able to express that and as the level of fear dissipates, you will see a remarkable change and transformation. Good luck.
