I am healthy from childhood. I want to loose weight 10 KGS. I am 5.2 and my weight is 65 KGS. I tried many ways but I am really very tired of exercise and dieting. My scale doesn't goes down below 65 kgs. I want to reduce weight from thigh and hip and stomach. My upper body is good but lower is bad. Give me easy and effective solution.
