lybrate-user to loose weight you need to work on three levels diet, exercise and medcine. Diet: Exclude fatty and oily food upto certain limit and add more of protein rich diet. Divide your meals in small ones rather than taking large meals. Exercise: Follow a moderate exercise plan that is atleast without break like brisk walk, or jogging, or other straining exercise which should atleast be continuous for more than 35 mins. Medicine: My advise is to take some homeopathic medicines. Very basic but effective. Like Phytolacca berry and calotropis. Q. There are other medicines but for that I need a bit more details about your case. Advise is to follow a healthy regime to lose weight and do not run after anything blind.

Easy yet inexpensive weight loss tips: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only. In between balanced main meals-(comprising of a whole grain, whole legume/egg/fish/chicken, low fat dairy, whole fruits, vegetables, salad); include healthy snacks in between- coconut water (w/o cream), whole fruit, roasted makhana, roasted chana (unsalted), nuts & oilseeds, soup, stew, buttermilk, salted lassi, green tea. 2. Drink 2- 3 litres water daily 3. Avoid junk, fried, processed, preserved, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 4.
