Hii, I always go to walk for 20-25 mins bt not in the morning, I go to walk after dinner. Is it good habit? And good for health?

There should be at least 3 hrs gap after meal before your exercise or else the exercise will be ineffective plus digestion of food will be poor. Morning walk (brisk)- 1/2 hr is best. Post meal 15 mins light walk aids in digestion.

Hi, Walking immediately after dinner is not a good habit as it hinders the digestion of food. Walking before dinner or in the evening is preferred always.
