Hi Doctor, greetings for the day' I am 26 year Old from Delhi I have a serious concern regarding my health issue. I take almost good diet every day bt still my body is slim mostly the arms nd chest. And most importantly when I joined gym I was nt even able to lift weight even after the 8 months of training hence there was an improvement in my muscles bt could not lift the weight as I should after 8 months. I feel my self exhausted every time and due to my slim posture feeling very dejected. So requesting you to kindly suggest something good and beneficial for me. Your revert will b highly appreciated. Regards.

For a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
