Having memory/concentration/ focus problems is not necessarily due to neuronal damage; they may occur due to multiple causes. Unless you are abusing substances, having exposure to toxins, or having any neurodegenerative disease, it is less likely that you have neuronal damage at the age of 18. Try some meditation, relaxation techniques or yoga to improve your concentration and reduce your anxiety. Masturbation is natural. However when it begins to take over your entire life and occupies all your time, or prevents you from creating/ maintaining meaningful relationships, it is a significant problem.
