Suffering from shoulder pain from past one year. Whenever I sit for more than one hrs. It pains. And carry my bag. It pains. What should I do?

Hello lybrate user There may be shoulder pain because of stress,.avoid to carry heavy bags or objects, avoid too much use of Pc/lap/mobile or tabs. take hot water formentation and apply local muscle relaxant gel smoothly. shoulder mobility exercises follow by shoulder strength improving exs.
