By now he is able to eat solids comfortable so Morning u give him one glass of Milk(250ml.) And roti spread with ghee and bhaji and lunch includes rice dal and curds ( all in one small cup each in measure of small cup ( for measuring u can take tea cup) and mixed vegetables and Non-vegetarian also u introduce chicken soup fish fried., And green leafy vegetables like palak Menthi etc. If u are showing paediatrician u can see general health and weight then accordingly if extra Vitamin s are required

Diet schedule is not for hard n fast rule and may be changed according to requirement. U may give milk 250 ml + sugar 10 gm + 3 slice piece + 2 chapati, 1 katori khichari, ground nuts/ roasted gram, 1/2 katori dal, green veg and seasonal fruit all in 24 hours, breast feed may be continued. Don't force feed. Achchha tarika dekh bhal ka bachche ko adhikansh usaki tarah hi apani dekh rekh mein karane do, safai ka dhyan rakho.
