Im overweight. My BMI is 27.6. I am married with no kids. My wife takes care of diet these days. But my work schedule just does not allow me to do physical activities. I have to be at work from 8.00 AM to 7: 00 PM. Without even 30 min break. And have to study once I get back home at least for an hour. Please suggest me what can I do to loose weight.

Hello lybrate-user you simply drink warm water with honey empty stomach twice a day, aloe Vera juice (20 ml with 20 ml )water, take ayurvedic medicines for weight loss n take walk for 20 min every day after lunch n dinner, take diet oil free, add food items which are fat free but energy giving like sprouts, boiled eggs, milk with corn flakes etc, .u can ask for further information n details.
