Hello I am 22 year old male weighing 80 KGS. I go to gym daily and do workouts. However I have lot of fat and belly fat too. My trainer advised me to take protein shake and ZMA supplements. But I would like to gain daily protein through my food intake rather than going for all these powders and capsules. Please suggest me protein rich foods for daily consumption. Also I consume both veg and non veg foods. Thank you.

Foods like Eggs(2-3),Fish & Milk are protein rich without any much harm to body... Green leafy vegetables will provide carbs ... avoid oily spicy & outside foods for good result ....homeopathic meds like phytolacca helps to control body weight.. consult if necessary for further Rx & advice.. tc

hi u can use animal protein exm-egg,chiken and fish ans u can use lipolizer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner

Take protein rich foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts , tofu , rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc.
