Normally it is said that after lunch people get sleep for at least 15 to 30 minutes or more. As far as my concern ,after a lunch my right side head starts getting excited as I breathe long in or out and if I focus on such breathing its fells me creating more pleasure round of circle inside the brain at right side until I reached to highest pleasure point of feeling, thereafter I fell freshed and start my work. This usually happens after lunch or sometimes after dinner. I want to know is it normal or not? Also guide me about reasons and actual happening inside the brain.
