After washing my face using facewash ,after 5-10 minutes on my face get a whiten cover in some area and clear when I scrubbed it with little moisture cloth but take too much time to remove.

Situation is called dry skin so you should apply some moisturizer. Apply milk cream by mixing with tumeric powder at bed time it will helps your face to glowing and keeping it moist and soft.

Face wash with Episoft Cleansing Lotion (Cleanser) / Cetaphil Cleanser 2 times in a day. Apply Physiogel AI Cream / La-Roche Posay Effaclar H for application 2-3 times in a day as a moisturiser. Increase water intake.
