I am 26 year old guy I hv terrible problem of constipation from last one year you can not call it actually constptn. Its kind of different disease let me explain its symptoms when I get up in morning I go to wc to get out excretion sometimes I get so gud fresh tht mkes me relax but later hour I feel like again to go it start farting it makes my through dry lips dry so while talking I hv to put my tongue on lips sometimes to keep them wet it mkes my head heavy feels like so angry nd no energy to understand smtngh lazy tired sleepy stomach size so bigger wat is in actual not mouth smell comes unfresh whole day I face it even it less or more its still same I used lot of churans nd medicines but it does not cure pls help me out wat it is I dnt drink alcohol no meat only gym shakes thts it.
