It is said that drinking water in morning beofre consuming anything else is healthy habit. Should it be cold or hot water? is it more beneficial if one adds lemon and / or honey to that water?

Hi drinking water empty stomach in morning is a very good practice, as it is the first thing that enters your system, thus helps in detoxification. Preferred is lukewarm water, addition of lime and honey is optional.kindly consult privately for detailed diet plan. Thanks.
