Before 8 years I did masturbate aggressively towards floor which injured my penis. .then a vein is developed like spider vein on lower left side of penis towards the glans. And in 2008 I wrapped my penis by plastic tape to prevent erection to avoid masturbation during sleep. But in night when penis erect pain was start I removed tape instantly. From then in winters my penis becomes like hour glass at partial erection. I apply some unani oil. But not complete course. Recently I applied japan oil for 15 days. Then I feel that my penis skin is very loose and dry where vein is seen at lower side of penis. Other symptoms. Weak angle of erection. Penis is slightly band towards left side on partial erection.
