Take a balanced diet containing proteins like dhal, eggs etc. Fresh vegetables, fruits like apple guava, pineapple, pomegranate, oranges bananas etc dry fruits like dates, badami, walnuts, dairy products like milk, ghee khoya etc always wash well in salt water vegetables and fruits before using it. To remove pesticides and drugs sprayed on it. Next chew well for a longer time. Do not swallow it because you dont have time. This will lead to loss of weight and diseases. Next do not eat maida based items of bakery and pizzas and fast food items. Do proper exercise to absorb the nutrition you have taken.
