Hello doctor I am 22 year old. My weight is only 56 kg. What should I do for increase my weight and body muscles. Should I take protein powder if yes, which one?

What is your height? ideal body weight should be as per your height and age. It's not only you should be taking protein, to increase weight you should have a balanced diet and small meals in between 3 main meals. Protein can be increased naturally in your diet by eating chicken/fish/egg/milk/cheese/curd/cottage cheese/whole pulses. Also you can take protein powder like soya protein. Do strength training workout 3 times a week and yes r'ber weight gain is more difficult than loosing weight so don't give up!
