Hello Doctor, I having a itching and irritating skin under my scrotum. The skin looks dry and peeling off and very red. I am having pain in my knees. I have this for almost 5 months. I feel uncomfortable to consult with doctor about this. Is this some kind of psoriasis? Kindly give me some advice and any cream that helps. Thanks.
