The problem I am facing is my weight which is 88 kgs now at the age of 24. I seriously want it to come back to 70 kgs which it was 3 years back. A sedentary office work-life and junk food combined with untimely eating habits have taken a toll on me. The issue now is I am unable to do physical activities as I don't have stamina to sustain. A 2 min jog feels like great task nowadays. Squats are effecting my knees as it can't take the body weight. I want to act upon this before the case goes out of my control. I know it should be blend of proper diet and exercise. I would just request you to guide me with a basic diet which I should follow in order to come back in shape.
