I am 61 year old male, working as export manager in a garment export company. I don't get proper sleep, even if I go to bed at 10.30 unable to sleep before 1.30 or 2 and hardly I get 3 hours sleep and I wake up at 5 but seems so tired or lazy and will stay in the bed itself, what will be the reason for the same and what is the solution.

Massage both soles with oil before sleeping, keep cows ghee in diet, take 1 glass of milk before going to sleep, take dinner early, avoid over eating, oily, spicy, food in the night, don't take stress & avoid TV, mobile etc electronic gadgets before going to sleep.
