I have hairfall issue my hair's are short but still it falls too much. Now my scalp is also seems from outside. Please help me and recommend me what should I do.

Daily oil massage, proper diet, stress free life, milk & milk products, take dry fruits, take seasonable fruits, green vegetables, take proper care of hairs during travelling, regular exercise, do yoga ,pranayam daily, avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods, avoid excessive salt intake, dry foods, avoid food/water kept in fridge avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, avoid excessive use of shampoo, hair conditioners, All The Best.
