Dear Lybrateuser, -Your symptoms could be due to GERD -reduce weight by dieting & exercise -avoid foods which aggravatesymptoms, avoid spicy, fatty foods, beverages like tea, coffee, alcoholic drinks, citrus fruits, tomatoes, chocolate -do not lye down for 2-3 hrs after a meal, chew your food well, take dinner 3-4 hrs before bed time -avoid tight fitting clothing -do yoga & walk for 30-40 min in the morning for proper digestion -take tablet Pan 40,1 tab half an hour before breakfast daily in the morning.
