When I have this prob I mostly feel sleepy but when I try to sleep do not get sleep, dreams come Do not feel like doing anything nethr want to eat, heartbeat is fast Too many thinking rule my mind a bit of headache is also there please help me.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your problem could be due to stress & anxiety -follow a regular routine regarding diet, exercise, sleep habits -have meals on time, do not miss meals, eat dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, have 4-5 meals including snacks to maintain a stable blood sugar level & to keep you alert & agile -do regular exercises like walking, jogging, swimming for 20-30 min, play outdoor games, also try to do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 5-10 min in the morning -have 7-8 glasses of water to keep well hydrated, as even mild dehydration causes fatigue, headache & lethargy -keep sleep & wakeup time fixed, sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, avoid watching tv, mobile before sleep -to distress, read, listen to music, follow a hobby, socialize with friends -get your blood cbc, sugar, thyroid hormone level checked.
