Hi Doctor, I have some skin infection in my penis area from years now, first I think it was the Ringworm, so I used many creams like itch guard and all to remove it, but only after applying the creams I got a little bit clearer skin without any itching and skin breakage but after stopping the creams application it starts again and began to grow, then I came to know by Internet only that it is some fungal infection, so I used some creams like terbinafine or terbinafine plus, same case here also, after application of cream for some days I got some relief but then again it comes again. This problem is now from years and I am unable to find out a permanent solution of removal of this fungal infection from my groin area. Can you please guide me what should be done to remove them permanently. Please guide me, I feel a lot of itching and skin breakage due to this infection.
