I am working out, doing gym to build a good shape of muscles. But I also have belly fat, and I find it really difficult to decrease it for getting abs. If it is an issue of diet plan, then please suggest me something that doesn't effect my workout, like getting thin or slowing down the growth of muscles by dieting. Please help me out.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..
