Hello, first please get your teeth cleaned by a dentist. Please maintain your oral hygiene. Visit a dentist twice annually. Few tips to maintain oral hygiene: 1. Brush twice daily, specially at night 2. Rinse thoroughly after every meal 3. Clean your tongue also as you clean your teeth 4. Try flossin 5. Use specl mouthwash 6. Have more of green veggies 7. Green tea. Its a very good anti oxidant. Do warm saline rinses for 10-15 days. Use vantej toothpaste.
