Use Udad dal almost every day. Take Ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi and cow ghee.200+ ml. Do pranayam and Suryanamaskar daily twice a day Be active whole time. Take proper sleep daily. No junk, spicy,non veg. food. Take dry fruits more.
