Hello, my name is kavinder, age 35 years weight 57 kg, height 5.5 inch. I`m from Haridwar, India. One month ago, I start with some headaches, pressure in my head and left eye flickering. The pain is quite low but I feel tightness and pressure on my head. I went to a physician doctor and he asked me a CT. The result was: old Calcified inflammatory Granuloma at the anterior and patierior region. My question is: how it is formed? Is this dangerous? There is need for treatment. In future what harm to me with this. Anti-epileptic medication are sufficient for this or can I need more treatment.

dear friend your symptoms probably did originate from the granuloma and anti epileptic medication in adequate dose will be sufficient to keep your symptoms in control, the granuloma can arise due to many reasons , tape worm infestation, tuberculosis are two most common reasons, since it is already calcified and not active ,for that aspect you do not need any active treatment, so my friend do not miss your medicine dosage and avoid being near moving machines, fire and water bodies take precautions and hope fully since you have not told us that if you had a full seizure you may not have one at all, please relax and continue medication.
