Have a problem in erection it started because I have used some steroids for building the body. On this Have visited doctor near to me. He suggested me for some test n result was near to very low level. N Dr. has prescribed some medicine I don't remember the name of it. It contains 40 mg of testosterone in it. Tries a day. Used for about 2 months when I was on that everything was good for 2 to 3 hours as I consume it. N when I stopped consuming it things come back to the position. I work out at Gym more. No smoking no boozing. But I diet very strictly. N when I'm on diet my erection problem start again. When I'm off diet I consume good amount of sugar n I don't suffer from erection problem. I read on Internet erection problem causes even if the person is on low diabetes. So I want to know what can be the best way to over come with my problem.

For better erection: Have good sleep, do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy. Chilli.nd fried food Take CP SHILAJIT tb. Manmath ras. Nd tb.
