Hi doctor I face a problem of transparent liquid coming out of my Penis sometimes before doing a sex or urine or in the night and sometimes when I have constipation also. I feel weak very often like I couldn't stand or sit for long time. Please advise.

This problem is due to Thining of the semen. It may also be weakness in penis muscles. It may also be due to excessive body heat causing Thining of semen. U should take Ayurvedic medicines like Musali or Ashwagandha pak , Shilajeet and many other according to the cause only inder proper guidance. So consult and give proper history and take exact and beneficial treatment.
