Hello You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. To reduce tummy ,lie down on flat surface raise your legs with out bending your knees ,do it for 3-5 times.
