I am pregnant. I have crossed 3 and half months now. What are all the food I can have this period. Can anybody suggest some good food to maintain my health as well as my baby too.

Eat whatever you like, enjoy your pregnancy, eat healthy, drink lots of fluids, include lots of fruits in ur diet( All fruits allowed). Just make sure not to fall ill.

hi lybrate user, you should have healthy balance diet avoid junk food. avoid street food. better to have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits. also add protein rich food like milk, milk products ,pulses, beans.
