Hello, stop eating junk and processed food. Do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, sattu with milk, only white egg ,peanut butter, milk and milk products. Combination of cereal and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. You can consult me privately online on Lybrate I will give you diet chart.
