She is suffering from cervical spondylitis. 1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn Cervical exercises. 3. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 4. Do Hot fermentation. 5. Don't read books and newspaper. 6. Take calcium, VITAMIN D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for 2 months.

The pain can be due to various reasons like mechanical pain, bursitis, frozen shoulder, etc. If she is suffering from diabetes, then the pain can be due to frozen shoulder. The best way to cope with this is to show to Physiotherapist and get it treated.

Dear Samshi, At an age of 42 the weight of 90+ is too high, the problem could be in the nerves or the vessels, and for both a thorough investigation is must, what you should know is that there are many times mass in the neck region which can cause compression on nerve and artery of hand coming from the neck and cause such symptoms. You should see a doctor urgently.
