Hello Doc, I'm jins from Kerala. I would like to ask some doubts regarding my health problem. Last couple of months ago I have left groin pain on the testicles and doctor confirmed as grade one internal varicocele and then doctor suggested me to take a surgery. As per the doctors advice I just completed the surgery. But my actual problem is, after the three months of the surgery again left groin pain started on left testicles. At this situation what should I do. What are the next procedure. Why same things happened again after the surgery. Hope you will help me to clear out my doubts, thanks advance.

If the same symptoms is still there even after the surgery then the cause of pain might not be that one for that the surgery being done, now you can discuss this with surgeon because such case need second opinion and that requires clinical examination and some tests, underlying cause of pain need to be known now, better to see the urosurgeon.
