The fact that you have quit smoking is enough: you are on the path to good health and need not worry about anything related to tobacco. Just maintain a healthy regimen of eating properly, sleeping well, doing regular exercise and always being emotionally sound.

Hi lybrate-user! Good that you have taken this wise step to stop smoking. It is not that late for you to suffer from life threatending diseases. Do not worry. You have got to divert into something else to stop this habit completely. I believe you are studying. You can join gym, yoga or meditation, swimming, or playing cricket or anything else, which you are interested. Try to be with friends who do not smoke, so that you will not be tempted to smoke. If you find difficulty to manage then consult me or any Psychologist who can help you overcome this problem. If you continue to smoke then only life threatening diseases like cancer, tension and stress and many more will ruin your life, but if you slowly stop then, you need not worry. Take care. Be relaxed. With regards

Dear lybrate-user, I am very happy to hear that you have quit smoking. It couldn't have been easy, I am very proud of you for having done that. You are on the right path to gaining back your health. Running, gym and cycling are all good. I would advise also taking care of your nutrition, involve fruits, green leafy vegetable and dairy products in your meals. Do not inhale even second-hand smoke as it leads to adverse health effects as well. Else you are doing all good. Keep up with the efforts and you should be healthy and fit. Regards,
