Hi, do regular exercise. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. To reduce tummy, lie down on flat surface raise your legs with out bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times. Avoid heavy dinner and late night dinner. Take small and frequent meals. You can consult me privately online on Lybrate I will give you diet chart.
