Hello doctor I check my blood in govt .hospital and report me sugar 132 and cholesterol 128 please tell. Me I do not want to regular take any type of medicine please tell. Me kya karu and one more ki mere left hand ki hatheli ki mash pesiya dard kr raha he 5 dino se please ans. Plz.
