Dust allergy needs to be tested with allergy skin testing with for dustmites, start on oral antihistamines and monteleukast for 6 weeks ,practice allergy avoidance, oral allergy immunotherapy for dustmites if allergy skin test postive. Under guidane of allergy doctor in delhi. Thankyou.
