I am 77 years old male. Intolerant to milk from childhood and having a prolonged history of allergic bronchitis, only cortisone drugs proved effective hence, taking wysonol-5 and asthalin-2 regularly. Previously used to taken avil-25 now discontinued. Recently advised cetrizine in addition stopped as perhaps banned in the us. Suits safer medication only. Also developed knee pain from last 2 decades, check up showed calcium deficient, started taking milk by-products curd, chhach, paneer, cheese. On 17 august '16 got chickengunea, still feels knee and hand pain. Did not take pain killers but now taking paracetamol 2 times a day. Slight relief. How to rid virus of chickengunea? Whether other medications taken safe? Feels week and deprive of vigour. Takes multivitamin supplements regularly. Kindly prescribe safe course of medication.
