I am suffering from chronic constipation .i had done lot of medicinal treatment but nothing worked. They only wrked till I take those. After that again that. Same.now I am taking ayurvedic medicine that include. Haritaki churna. And shankha bhasma. Etc.but it also not working. Plzz help i.
