Life is very precious and its equally important that you live every second happily and enjoy all the beautiful colours of life ,i can understand the situation through which you are going its really painful. Through your query I can feel that you want to change this situation its really good ,when there is a will there is a way. Any professional can show the path but you have to go on that path, you need slightly change in your approach .when any time negative thought runs then just say to yourself that I will deal all this from evening 6 pm to 7 pm and presently I am suppose to do any work which you are doing and at evening write all the thoughts in diary, one more way is that share all thoughts with any good friend. Divert your mind ,make yourself busy as muc h as you can so that you don't get time to think ,make some good friends with whom you can share your feelings, develop some hobby, take sleep of 6-8 hours it is compulsory, for this don't sleep at day time ,you need to maintain your sleeping cycle ,do some yoga and meditation, don't think on this topic as much you will think you will be more frustrated because these thoughts are endless.
